Mr. HARUNA has over 12 years of experience as Senior Policy & Research Analyst at the Department of Economic Growth, Nigeria’s Ministry of Finance, Budget & National Planning where he is responsible for designing socio-economic plans and policy programming at the federal, states, and local government levels. He holds a Bachelor of International Studies degree from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria-Nigeria, a Master of Economic Policies and Development from Korea University in South Korea, and a second Master of Economics (with a specialization in Development Policy) from Kobe University in Japan. As a Doctoral student in Development Economics at Kobe University, he conducts research on financial development, economic growth, the informal sector, energy poverty, multidimensional poverty, and income inequality, employing both qualitative and quantitative analytical methodologies for evidence-based policy making. |
