Iwao Maruyama works and lives in Kobe, Hyogo. He is a local government officer. belongs to the Hyogo prefectural government. (1994 – ) Between working in Hyogo prefecture, he was in charge of the international division, dispatched to Singapore to support grassroots activity between Japan and ASEAN countries(2 years), planning the international education program at the University of Hyogo, as director of the Asia Pacific Network for global change research(international association for research environment), then welfare division now. So he is familiar with administrative procedures and has a wide network in various fields. He is happy to support international friends, especially the younger generation. |
